Little Cruisers is a NAEYC accredited child care center located at the Port of Miami.
As a Lead Teacher your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Planning and leading daily group and individual activities that are developmentally appropriate to meet the needs and interest of the children using the assigned curriculum.
- Creating and following a daily schedule that reflects and meets group and individual routines of the children.
- Leading activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
- Interacting with each child on a daily basis through circle time, centers, snacks, lunchtime, playground, free play, etc.

Skills/Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess an Associate's Degree or above in Early Childhood Education or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Must have at least three (3) years teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Must possess an active child care staff credential (CDA).
- Must have a CPR and First Aid Certification or must obtain certification upon hire.
- Must possess a caring and nurturing attitude towards children and excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
